Kitchen + Bath Business Publishes Article about Avoiding the Use of Rainforest Woods
December 1, 2008
Rainforest Relief director Tim Keating authored an article for Kitchen + Bath Business magazine published in the December 'green' issue.
K+BB caters to designers and architects who design kitchens and baths. Rainforest woods are used extensively in these rooms for flooring, cabinets (fronts and backing), furniture, and more recently for countertops and even sinks and bathtubs. As well, temperate rainforest woods such as Western red cedar and Alaskan (yellow) cedar are often used for saunas.
The article only appears in the print version of K+BB but you can download a PDF version of the article here.
